Flip The Script On Burnout!

I'm burnt out and the stress is getting to me...

⏹ STOP what you are doing and release the stress by engaging in activities that you enjoy -- meditate, go for a walk, talk to a friend, find anything that relaxes you.

I was just let go from my job...

⏸ PAUSE because you are among several talented people going through the same feelings, emotions, and uncertainty. Allow yourself the grace to feel it all, including anger and annoyance. Then open your eyes, mind, and heart to the endless possibilities that lie ahead, and reach out to your NETWORK.

My team is not hitting the numbers...

▶️ PLAY out the scenarios of what's working and what's not. Assess, ask questions, collaborate, and then pivot your approach. Don't be afraid to change course.

I don't have time for...

⏭ NEXT time you feel like "you don't have time for anything.." Make
the time because you never get that time back.

One day...

⏩ FAST FORWARD your thinking and make each day impactful. We all need something to look forward to, anything that gets us through the rough days. Find ways to create good days, appreciate them, and celebrate.
